Make sure details on loan documentation are complete and correct prior to closing to insure accuracy and are in compliance with state and federal regulations, bank policy, and
compliance regulations.

Monitor loan delinquency and proactively identify credit problems. Take preemptive measures by managing loan accounts for current documentation, performance and total bank relationship. Respond promptly to exception and compliance error reporting to prevent or minimize potential
losses.

Keep current on loan programs and lending (federal and state) regulations as well as all compliance and bank policies and procedures. Participate in the preparation and presentation of commercial training sessions.

Disclosure requirements are completed within Federal Time Limitations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Must have a strong Industry background.
